YPJ (курд. Yekîneyên Parastina Jin‎) – женская бригада YPG, была создана в 2012 году. Курдские СМИ признают, что «войска YPJ имеют жизненно-важное значение в обороне Кобани. Собственно фоторепортаж о них взят у Parismatch 30.04.2015. Но смог добыть и фото более высокого разрешения.
